Glennville
Logan Bodhi Bonin, age five, passed away on December 10, 2021, at his residence in Glennville. He was born on June 30, 2016, in Savannah, Georgia, and he lived in Glennville all his life. He was the son of Gabriel and Tiffany Groover Bonin of Glennville. Logan was diagnosed with stage IV NB (Neuroblastoma) on February 14, 2018, at 18 months of age. Logan faced countless battles and rare side effects from treatment. He was nonverbal and communicated mostly with sign language. Even though several seasons in his short life were difficult, he always laughed and smiled. This incredible little boy taught a whole community and many others around the world how to LIVE! Logan was filled with joy, and he confirmed over and over again that life was all about the little things. His love, testimony, and legacy live on within his family forever. Logan was preceded in death by his step-grandfather, Lee Camp.
He is survived by his parents, Gabriel Bonin and Tiffany Groover Bonin of Glennville; sister, Avalyn Bonin of Glennville; grandparents, Billy Groover of Glennville; Lottie Camp of Crescent; and Marcel“Roy” Bonin and Patricia Bonin of Hope, British Columbia, Canada; numerous aunts and uncles; and numerous trouble buddy cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at approximately 5 p.m., at the Glennville Recreation Department in the pavilion by the pond near the tennis courts. The family will be available for visitation at 4 p.m. Logan was cremated so that he could remain with his family.
