Obituary
Lois Faye Holley Corbitt,
age 51 passed away Thursday, August 19, 2010
at St. Jospeh’s Hospital in Savannah. The Vidalia native had lived in Toombs
County most of her life and was a homemaker. She is preceded in death by her
parents, Harry and Jerlene Kersey Holley.
She is survived by: her Daughter, Courtney Paige Garten of Cochran. Sons, Robert
Elijah Wood of Vidalia, Robert Earl Wood, Jr. and his wife Molly of Baxley, Reggie Wood
of Vidalia. Sisters, Doris Garten of Warner Robbins, Christine Hammock of Vidalia,
Susan Floyd of Lyons, Kathy Collins of Statesboro, Myrtice Power of Brunswick.
Twelve grandchildren and numerous nephews also survive.
Visitation and Funeral Services
Visitation will begin at 5:00pm Saturday from the Reidsville Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home.
Graveside funeral services will be conducted 1:00pm Sunday, August 22, 2010 from the Blocker’s Chapel
Cemetery in Toombs County.
