Mr. Lonnie DeLoach, age 75 passed away Sunday, January 22, 2023 The Oaks at Bethany in Vidalia.  He was born in Claxton on December 11, 1947 to Carlos and Martha Jane Holland DeLoach and had lived in Evans County all of his life.  Lonnie was a roofer employed with DeLoach Roofing.  He enjoyed fishing and hunting and is preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth DeLoach; parents; brothers, Kermit, John L.,Odis, Jack, Joe, Charles, and Larry Dean DeLoach.

He is survived by his children, Ronnie DeLoach and Brian (Amanda) DeLoach all of Claxton; “adopted” daughter, Sissy DeLoach of Jesup; sisters, Wanda Rowe of Hagan and Jean (Harvey) Porte of Claxton; grandchildren, Preston, Brianna and James DeLoach; numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends beginning at 6:00pm on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at the funeral home.  Funeral services will be conducted 2:00pm Wednesday January 25, 2023 from the Chapel of Low Country Cremation and Burial.  Interment will follow in the Canoochee Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Robert Coshatt, Joey Rowe, Anthony Smith, Dwayne DeLoach, Dylan DeLoach, and Ashley Smith.
