Lucky Padgett

Cobbtown, GA

Lucky Padgett born January 4, 1949 in Cobbtown, GA passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2016 at his sister’s home in Collins surrounded by his family after a long illness.  Lucky was a lifelong resident of Tattnall County.  He loved to hunt, plant his gardens and tend to his flowers.  He was preceded in death by his father, Wallace Padgett and two nephews, Tony Amerson and Louie Lynn.

Lucky is survived by his mother, Margaret Inez Padgett; brother, Jimmy and sister in law, Judy Padgett; three sisters, Marie Driggers, Judie Padgett, and Ann and brother in law, Harry Lynn; four nephews; two great nephews and two great nieces also survive.

Graveside funeral services will be conducted 10:00am Saturday, October 1, 2016 at the Little Flock Church Cemetery with Pastor Ed Neubert officiating.
