Obituary
Maricela Maldonado
age 39 of Glennville passed
away Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at Candler Hospital
in Savannah. Maricela was a native of Mexico and
lived in Houston, Texas before moving to Glennville
20 years ago. She was a self-employed housekeeper,
a faithful member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic
Church and truly loved to go out and witness to others.
She always kept very busy and was a workaholic.
She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Hugo Rubio of Glennville;
one son Hugo Rubio of Glennville; one daughter, Glenda T. Rubio of
Glennville; parents, Arnulfo and Maria Maldonado of Texas, three brothers,
Andres, Juan and Jose Belen Maldonado all of Texas; four sisters, Lova,
Gregoria, Sara, and Maria Eugenia Maldonado all of Texas; numerous
nieces and nephews also surive.
Visitation and Funeral Services
Visitation will be 10:30am to 9:00pm Friday, May 18, 2012 with a Rosary
at 6:00pm at the Glennville Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home.
Funeral Mass will be 10:00am Saturday, May 19, 2012 at Our Lady of
Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father John Brown officiating. Interment
will follow in the Glennville Memorial Gardens.
