Obituary
Marjorie S. Smith
, age 89 passed away Saturday,
December 11, 2010 at Meadows Regional Medical
Center in Vidalia. The Tattnall County native had lived
many years in Clewiston, FL. moving back to this area
a year ago. She was a Library Clerk working for Palm Beach
County School Board and was a member of the Church of God
of Prophecy in Belle Glade, FL. She is preceded in death
by her husband, Leondas Strickland and a son, Randall Jarriel.
She is survived by a daughter, Joan Ramsey of Lyons.
Six sons, Donell Jarriel and Wayne Jarriel both of Pahokee, FL.,
Michael Tucker of Lyons, Steve Smith of Clewiston, FL., C.P. Tucker
of Okechobee, FL., and Jimmy Ray Tucker of Linden, TN. Fifteen
grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren also survive.
Funeral Services
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00pm Friday, December 17, 2010 from
the Good Shepherd Church Of God in Pahokee, FL.. Interment will follow in the
Port Mayca Cemetery.
