Martha Lynne (Kleffman) Corbin, 70 passed away at home on November 16, 2018, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on April 2, 1948, in Ohio the second of two children to John I. and L. Frances (Miller) Kleffman. She made her home in Maryland for 18 years where she worked for Dr. Kushner in the Nations’ Capital. She then worked in the Prince George’s County Police Departments Drug Lab and later moved to Savannah in 1991. She enjoyed several trips to Europe and Costa Rica, and more recently camping with friends.
Lynne is survived by her children; Amy (David) Krohne, Leslie (Edward) Simpkins, and Scott Corbin, the grandchildren she loved so dearly: Sarah, Savannah, Elissa, Rebecca, Christopher, Naomi, Charles, Lydia, her sister Carol (Jon) Hong, nephew Michael (Stephanie) Ma their children Henk, Nate, and Jack and her niece Elizabeth (Michael) Haggerty, and their daughter Emma, and many, many friends. Lynne was preceded in death by her parents: John and Frances Kleffman, and two granddaughters Penelope Anne and Olivia Marie Simpkins.

Services for Lynne will be held at Wilmington Island Presbyterian Church, 450 N. Cromwell Road, Savannah, on Saturday, November 24, 2018, with visitation at 1:30 p.m. and the Memorial Service at 2:00 with a reception to follow. Those who so desire may donate in memory of Lynne to the: Humane Society of Greater Savannah, or the Old Savannah City Mission.
