Mary Ann Page Williams, age 79 passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at Southland Nursing Home in Dublin, Georgia after an extended illness. She was born September 24, 1935 in Ridgeland, South Carolina. Mrs. Mary lived in Collins for many years. She was a homemaker, devoted aunt and was a care giver for her mother for many years. She loved her family and enjoyed cooking for them along with knitting afghans and bedroom shoes for everyone. She was preceded in death by her parents, Anna Malphrus Page and Elmer Page; husband, Ray Williams; brother, William “Billy” Page.
Survivors include her sister, Mary E. (Harold) Peavy of Dublin; step-brother, Jody Page of Lake Sinclair; step-sister, Janet Page of Glennville; nephews, Ricky Peavy of Dublin, Greg Peavy of Marietta; niece, Liesa Peavy of Griffin; great-nephews, Dalton Peavy of Dublin, Casey Peavy of Marietta; great-nieces, Mandi Peavy Berry and Carley Peavy both of Dublin; great-great-nephew Lane Berry; great-great-niece, LeAnna Berry of Dublin.
The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 P.M., Friday, January 9, 2015 from the Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home and Crematory. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 P.M. with the Reverend Kenny Rowland officiating. Interment will be in Little Flock Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ricky Peavy, Greg Peavy, Eddie Anderson, Richard Lynn, Gerald Reese, Steve Reese.
