Mary Jane Anderson, age 75, passed away Sunday, February 23, 2020 at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah.  She was born April 10, 1944 in Claxton to Otis and Dolly Todd and had lived in Glennville most of her life.  Mary Jane had worked at Reece’s 301 Drive Inn and as the Night Manager at the Glennville Inn.  She loved fishing, gardening, watching NASCAR racing and mostly spending time with her family.  She was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her parents; children, Connie and Karl Anderson; siblings, Bill Todd, Virginia Odom and Elaine Kennedy.

She is survived by her husband, David Solomon of Glennville; children, Ronnie (Ceci Jordan) Anderson of Glennville and Chelsea (Waylon) Simmons of Ludowici; four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter; special niece, Debra (Wayne) Odom of Glennville and several other nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends beginning at 2:00pm on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at the Chapel of Glennville Funeral Home with the funeral services to follow at 3:00pm with the Reverend Russell Wooten officiating.  Interment will follow in the Watermelon Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Michael Burk , John Cox, Waylon Simmons, Brad Odom, Terry Dasher, Matt Elrod.
