Ms Mary Louise “Mary Lou” Evors, age 81, passed away Monday, February 4, 2019 at Southeast Health Systems in Brunswick. She was born June 10, 1937 in Jesup to Lee Roy and Hulda Fales and lived in Brunswick, GA most of her life. She was a homemaker that loved to sing and cook. Ms. Mary Lou was a member of the First United Pentecostal Church in Brunswick where she sung in the choir, member of the Mother’s Memorial, Ladies Auxiliary, and former Sunday School Teacher. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jesse Evors; siblings, Joe Fales, David Fales, Lee Roy Fales, Jr., and Robert Fales, Vera Mae Sills, and Roemainia Carnes.
She is survived by her children, Tony Evors, Terry (Sheryl) Evors and Sherry Evors all of Brunswick; brother, Edward Fales of Jesup; granddaughters, Jessica Evors, Sherry Marie Evors, Lilly Diane Suter, Terri N. Evors, Marianne Suter, and Katherine Suter; great grandson, Logan Suter; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends beginning at 11:00am on Friday, February 8, 2019 with the funeral services to follow at 1:00pm all at First United Pentecostal Church in Brunswick. Interment will follow in the Brunswick Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Vince Fales, Greg Fales, Tim Fales, Kenny Evors, David Evors, and Ken Smith.
Honorary pallbearers will be the Men of the Church.
Low Country Cremation and Burial is serving the Evors family.
