Reidsville,
Mrs. Mavis Hutto Wilds , age 75 passed away Friday, October 18, 2013 at her residence. The Soperton native had lived in Reidsville most of her adult life. She retired as a machine operator from Hazlehurst Manufacturing. In her past time she loved to sew and quilt. Mrs. Mavis was of the Holiness Faith and was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Ethel Hutto and a son, Harvey Hutto.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Lamar and Debbie Hutto of Lyons, Dwayne and Marie Blizzard of Claxton, and Bobby and Stephanie Blizzard of Reidsville; daughters, Elaine Sheppard and Leray Aldrich both of Vidalia; daughter-in-law, Sandra Wingate; sisters, Loreatha Lynn and Jeanette Lynn both of Reidsville; brother, Calvin Hutto of Tallahassee, FL; sister-in-law, Ruth Hutto of Reidsville; seventeen grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 6:00pm Saturday from the Reidsville Chapel.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00pm Sunday October 20, 2013 from the Reidsville Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home with the Reverend Burnon Jarriel officiating. Interment will follow in the Reidsville City Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Dennis Sapp, Wendell McCoy, Charles Greer, Ricky Trull, Kenneth Trull, Jimmy Trull and Danny Hutto
