Mayla Michelle Vazquez Proman, 5 months old little girl of Nadia Josephina Vazquez Durrence and Nicholas James Proman passed away on Sunday May 1, 2022 at her residence. She was born at East Georgia Regional Medical Center Statesboro on November 23, 2021. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Michelle Vazquez and her aunt, Yadira Vazquez Durrence.
Mayla’s other survivors include her maternal grandfather, Joe Jr. (Whitney) Durrence of Glennville; paternal grandmother, Jennifer Lynn Proman (James Phillip Dechristofaro) of Reidsville; maternal great grandfathers, Joseph Clyde Durrence Sr. (Teresa Gail Fife) of Jesup and Ricky Fowler of Lyons; maternal great grandmothers, LeAnne DeLoach of Glennville and Deloris Jones of Lyons; paternal great grandmother, Sue (Tim) Winters of Groveland; maternal great great grandmother, Myrlte Lee Futch of Glennville; aunts and uncles, Charlee Durrence, Angel Durrence, Gypsy Durrence, Anthony Villalobos and Rikkie Fowler all of Glennville, Allie McCord of Reidsville, Lexi Proman of Glennville, Devin Proman of Collins, and Logan Proman of Reidsville; great aunt and uncle, Paige and Skylar Williams; numerous other relatives.
The family will receive friends beginning at 4:00pm on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at the funeral home with the funeral services will follow at 6:00pm with Reverend Justin Gordon officiating.
