Mellisa Ann (Williamson) Roberson

Mellisa "Mo" (Williamson) Roberson,  age 55, passed away on November 25, 2021 at her residence in Lyons after an extended illness surrounded by family. Ms Roberson was born July 14, 1966 in Vidalia to Alvin Williamson and Jean Hooks Amerson. She was a member of the Lyons Free Will Baptist Church.   She was a nurse (LPN) for 30+ years where she worked at Vidalia Medical Associates the majority of her career where she enjoyed the time she spent there and her colleagues that she called family.  She loved to fish when she could and spend time with her family and friends. Mellisa loved to laugh and sing. She believed that family was everything.  She is preceded in death by her father Alvin Williamson.

Survivors include: her husband Andrew "AJ" Roberson, of Lyons. Mother: Jean Hooks Amerson of Stillmore. Sons: John "Drew" (Elizabeth) Roundtree of Alaska. Justin Roundtree of Lyons.  Sister: Karen (Marc) Collins of Stillmore. Brothers: Alvin Williamson Jr of Soperton. Willie "Billy" Herman Williamson ll. Grandson: Trevor Roundtree of Lyons. Granddaughters: Alyssia and Kailee Roundtree of Alaska.   Low Country Cremation & Burial is serving the Roberson family during this time of bereavment.
