Michael "Mike" Lance Kobeck

Mike Kobeck, age 54, passed away Saturday, February 8, 2020 at his residence surrounded by his loving family and under the care of Georgia Hospice. He was a native of Atlanta and had lived most of his life in Florida before moving to Glennville in 2000. He was previously employed with Natures Choice before his illness. In his spare time, Mike loved  woodworking, fishing, working on cars and being with his family. He was preceded in death by his brother, Barney Harwell; brothers in law, David Williams and Dan Brewer.

He is survived by his parents, Johnnie and Virginia Walden of Glennville; siblings, Dale (Vern) Fulmer of Eatonton, GA., Cindy Williams of Powder Springs, GA., Michelle Brewer of Killen, AL., Robert (Christina) Kobeck of Buchanan, GA., Kelly Calahan of Glennville, and Bryan Robinson of Glennville; special friend, David Cato of Hinesville; also survived by numerous  nieces, nephews and other relatives.

The family would like to give a special thank you to Georgia Hospice Care and the caregivers that provided compassionate care to Mike during his illness.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Georgia Hospice Care or to Tattnall CARES.

In keeping with Mike's wishes, no services will be held.
