"Miss" Betty Deal

Obituary

“Miss” Betty Deal, passed away Sunday, April 29, 2012

at Community Hospice Inpatient Center in Vidalia. The

Lynchburg, South Carolina native had lived in Reidsville

since 1972. She was a Master Cosmetologist who loved

fishing and her flowers. She was preceded in death by her

daughter Lynn White.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Mr. Lynn Deal of

Reidsville; children, Renee’ (Jeff) Horton of Odum, Wayne (Cheryl)

Castine of Savannah, Dawn Castine of Sumter, South Carolina,

Evelyn (James) Parker of Sumter, South Carolina; sisters, Eunice

(Les) Whitman of Niceville, Florida, Shirley (Sid) Golden of Napa Valley,

California; 19 Grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren and numerous

other relatives.

Visitation and Funeral Services

The family will receive friends on Monday, April 30, 2012 from 6pm until 8pm at Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home, Reidsville Chapel. Private entombment services will be held Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at the Reidsville City Cemetery with Father Lee officiating. Pallbearers will be Allen Denmark, Greg Pearson, Robert Wynn, Reggie Fanning, Ashley Fanning, and Reggie Fanning Jr.

Memorial contributions can be made to Tattnall C.A.R.E.S or the Reidsville United Methodist Church food bank.
