Norman T. Etheridge,
age 74
passed
away on
Wednesday,
June 15, 2011
at
home under
the
care of his wife and
Hospice
Advantage. Norman
was a
native
of Eastman, GA. and lived in
Hinesville
for 30 years, moving
to Glennville
6 years
ago. He was
a retired U.S. Army Sergeant
First Class, and retired from
Hobart
as a
machinist. He was a member
of Northside
Baptist
Church and was
preceded in death
by his first wife,
Maria Etheridge.
Survived by his wife, Dorian Proctor of Glennville. Children, Franklin
Etheridge of
Pembroke, Juanita Jimenez of Hinesville, Bill Proctor of
Liberty Lake, Washington,
Tyran Proctor-Carter of Ocala, Florida, Tyrone
Proctor of Glennville. Sisters, Birdie Abney
of Cochran, Georgia, Minnie
Lou Williams of Macon, Ellie Webber of Cocoa Beach,
Florida. Grandchildren,
Rachel Etheridge, Michael Etheridge, Dianna, Christopher, and
Lynda Jimenez;
Nicole Higgs, Madison Proctor. Also survived by several nieces and
nephews
Visitation and Funeral Services
Visitation will begin at 6:00pm on Thursday, June 16, 2011 at Bradley B.
Anderson
Funeral Home, Glennville Chapel.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 10:00am on Friday, June 17, 2011
from the Glennville
Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home with the
Reverend Oscar Rowe, Jr. officiating.
Entombment will follow at Oglethorpe
Memorial Park in Hinesville with full military honors.
Pallbearers will be Tommy
Moore, Charles Block, Loy Blocker, Brian Knight, Don
Kicklighter, Jerry Brueggeman.
