Mrs. Ola Lee Hagan Morgan , age 75, passed away Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at Glenvue Health and Rehab surrounded by her family. The Bryan County native had lived in Reidsville most of her life. She retired from the Tattnall County Board of Education Food Service after twenty plus years of service. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and the Reidsville United Methodist Church. She enjoyed helping with the American Red Cross Blood Drives and working crossword puzzles. Mrs. Ola is preceded in death by her husband, William Morgan; sister Flary Mae DeLoach and a brother, Irvin Hagan.
She is survived by her children, Billy (Susan) Morgan and Yvette (Tommy) Kennedy all of Glennville; brother, Mallie (Martha) Hagan of Claxton; sister-in-law, Pearl Hagan of Pembroke; granddaughters, Savannah and Hagan Kennedy both of Glennville; several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
The family will receive friends beginning at 6:00pm Thursday from the funeral home. Funeral services will be conducted 10:00am Friday, August 18, 2017, from the Chapel of Low Country Cremation and Burial with the Reverends Marc Foster and Ramon Hernandez officiating. Interment will follow in the Reidsville City Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to the Reidsville United Methodist Church Children’s Ministry or the VFW.
