Pamela Jean Black, age 59, died Wednesday December 30, 2015
at Ogeechee Area Hospice in
Statesboro, GA. Pamela was a native
of Chatham County and was a homemaker most of her life.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George "Buck" Black
and Barbara J. Saxton and a
brother, Chris Black.
Surviving are her 3 sons, Tony Stobaugh of Atlanta, Joseph Korabik of
Bensalem, PA, and Shane
Barr of Statesboro; 4 brothers, George "Bucky"
Black Jr. of Corpus Christie, TX, Adrian "Bo" Black of
Statesboro, Barney
Black of Chester, and Curtis Black of Statesboro; 6 sisters, Georgia Corbett
of
Savannah, Carlene Faulk of Rockport, TX, Mildred Black of Statesboro,
Jeanine Black Safford of New
Jersey, Renee Black of New Jersey, and
Melonie Black also of New Jersey; and 4 grandchildren, Haley
and
Mackenzie Korabik, and Shelby and Meagen Stobaugh.
Memorial services will be held 2:00pm, Saturday, January 2, 2016 at Morning Star Community Church in Bloomingdale, GA with the Reverend Grady Taylor officiating.
Low Country Cremation Services and Burial of Reidsville is in charge of the arrangements.
