Pastor Leonel Cisneros, age 51 passed away Wednesday, June 3, 2020 from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Leonel was a native of Mexico and had lived the past 27 years in Glennville. He was currently the pastor at Emanuel Baptist Church in Glennville. In his spare time, he enjoyed working in his yard and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Norma Cisneros of Glennville; children, Lorena Cisneros of Statesboro, Mariana Cisneros of Warner Robins and Leonel Cisneros, Jr. of Glennville; parents, Jtrinada and Amada Bedoya Cisneros of Mexico; grandson Adrian Alarcon; several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

The family will receive friends beginning at 12:00pm on Monday, June 8, 2020 at the Glennville Funeral Home with the funeral services to follow at 4:00pm.  Interment will be in the Glennville City Cemetery.
