Pastor Loretta Woodard attended the Montgomery County High School in Ailey, Georgia . Loretta was well respected in her community as well as her family.

Pastor Loretta Woodard dedicated her life to the Lord at an early age at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. In 2, she joined Bondage Free Deliverance Center working as a choir member, usher, and on the Hospitality Committee under Pastor Theron Bell, Sr. In 2015 She Was Elevated to Evangelist at The New Life Worship Center Warner Robins GA under the leadership of Apostle DeMario Bell Sr. As she was faithful very hard working in the church The lord called her to go higher calling in are walk with Christ then 2019 at The City of Refuge Dream Center, under the leadership of Apostle DeMario Bell Sr. she was elevated to assistant pastor.

Pastor Loretta Woodard was preceded in death by her grandfather (Douglas Bell, Sr.); her grandmother Mrs.
Laura Davis; her father, Douglas Bell Jr; her daughter Lashana Woodard ;two sisters: Dorothy Jean Adams & Doletha Corouthers); two brothers in law :Sgt. Glen Burton, and George Adams one great niece: Diamond Dixon. On Monday, February l, 2021, God called His Beloved Child Loretta home!

Georgia, Tobias Bell, Jeremy Bell, Christunna Woodard, Elayzah Woodard, Tavuis McLeod ,
Oscar McLeod, Keshonna McLeod all of Vidalia, Georgia; Shannon Swindell of Lawrenceville, Georgia, William C.
