Patsi L. (Anderson) Hunter

Reidsville,

Mrs. Patsi L. Hunter, age 64, passed away Saturday, December 13, 2014 at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL.  The Tattnall County native had lived in Reidsville most of her life.  She had worked for the Reidsville Housing Authority for thirty five years and has served as the Executive Director for the past fourteen years.  She was a loving mother, nana, sister and aunt that loved to see about her family.  In her spare time, she loved to go shopping.  Mrs. Hunter was a member of Connection Point (formerly Abundant Faith Fellowship) and is preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Louise Anderson; brothers, Jimmy Boyd Anderson and Willie Joe Anderson; and a sister, Mary Ann Tatum.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Jamie Anderson of Reidsville; brother and sister-in-law, Jesse and Helen Anderson of Claxton; sister, Carol Webb of Reidsville; grandchildren, Avry, Brendan, Justin and Malachi Anderson; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

The family will receive friends on Monday beginning at 6:00pm from the funeral home.  Funeral services will be conducted 11:00am Tuesday, December 16, 2014 from the Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home & Crematory with the Reverend John Price officiating.  Interment will follow in the Reidsville City Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Andrew Callaway, James Bass, Nathan Anderson, Joel Rushing, Jackie Sikes, and Matt Beal.

Honorary Pallbearers will be the staff and the board members of the Reidsville Housing Authority.
