Paulette Scott

Paulette Scott, age 73, passed away Friday, March 2, 2018 at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro.  She was born in Emanuel County on October 29, 1944 to the Rev. George Roy and Georgia Anderson Scott.  Paulette was a graduate of the Reidsville High School Class of 1962 and lived in Reidsville most of her life.  She retired after forty one years of service from Oxford Industries in Vidalia and after her retirement she continued to work at Hamilton ITS and Meredith Industries. She loved watching the Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Falcons, and the Georgia Bulldogs.  Her favorite pastime was spending time with her family.  She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Wiley, Charles, George, and James Scott, and Martha Flanders.

She is survived by her loving sister, Deborah Scott of Reidsville; sisters-in-law, Dale Scott and Delores Scott; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends beginning at 6:00pm on Sunday from the funeral home.  Funeral services will be conducted 11:00am Monday, March 5, 2018 at the Chapel of Low Country Cremation and Burial with the Reverend Timothy Lamb officiating.  Interment will follow in the Reidsville City Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be David Scott, Wade Scott, Josh Scott, Kenny Scott, Draven Scott, and Terry Futch.

Honorary pallbearers will be the Reidsville High School Class of 1962 and Steve Flanders
