Reidsville,
Peggy L. Ulmer, age 53, passed away Monday, June 17, 2013, at Optim Medical Center in Reidsville. The Collins native had lived in Savannah many years moving to Reidsville in 2000. She is survived by her companion of many years, Mike Kellan of Savannah; daughters and sons-in-law, Carolyn and Kevin Johnson of Uvalda, Jessica and Lee Dubberly of Glennville; step dad, John Tidwell of Reidsville; sister, Betty Willis of Reidsville; brothers, James Ulmer, John Ulmer, and Richard Ulmer all of Reidsville, Wayne Ulmer of Statesboro, Joseph Ulmer of Collins, Michael Tidwell of Guyton, and Billy Tidwell of Kibbee; two grandchildren, Aspen Johnson and Rilee Kate Dubberly; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
