Collins/Ludowici,
Phillip Andrew DeLoach, age 20, passed away Wednesday, December 17, 2014 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Long County.
The Chatham County native had lived in Effingham County for twelve years before moving to Tattnall County.
He had recently moved to Ludowici.
He attended grade school in Effingham County and High School at Tattnall County.
Phillip graduated from Georgia Youth Challenge Academy.
He was employed with SEC and loved to go fishing.
He attended Claxton Church of Christ, Collins Baptist Church and most recently had been attending Ludowici First Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his great grandmother, Bernice “Mema” Coxwell.
Phillip is survived by his parents, Paul and Angela DeLoach of Collins; fiancé, Chelsie Graham; daughters, RynLeigh DeLoach and A’Lisa Ansell all of Ludowici; brothers, Austin and Peyton DeLoach both of Collins; maternal grandparents, Wayne and Linda Woodruff of Guyton; maternal great grandfather, Wesley Coxwell of Guyton; paternal grandparents, Wilford and Hazel DeLoach, Jr. of Gooseneck, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.
The family will receive friends beginning at 6:00pm Saturday, December 20, 2014 at the Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home & Crematory.
Funeral services will be conducted 3:00pm Sunday, December 21, 2014 from the Collins Baptist Church with the Reverends Steve Kimbrell, Jerry Knight and Eric Rentz officiating.
Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Joel Buttersworth, Danny Hughes, Barry Ray, David DeLoach, Ricky DeLoach, and Timmy DeLoach.
Honorary pallbearers will be the Collins Baptist Church Youth Group.
