Ricky Lynn, age 57 passed away Thursday, August 4, 2016 at Candler Hospital surrounded by his loving family. The Tattnall County native had lived in Bloomingdale for the past 32 years. He attended Bible Baptist West. Ricky was a carpenter by trade and loved to go hunting, fishing, camping and playing with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Lavonia Lynn.

He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Tyra Lynn of Bloomingdale; children, Jennifer (Lane) Rahn of Bulloch County, Brandi (Bryan) Dixon of Savannah, Jessie Lynn of Bloomingdale; siblings, Helon (James) McDaniel of Baxley, James (Teresa) Lynn of Reidsville, Danny (Debbie) Lynn, Sandra (Dana) Simmons all of Glennville; Brenda Faye (Mike) Strickland of Savannah; 4 grandchildren and one on the way; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Visitation will be held from 10:00am-11:00am, Saturday, August 6, 2016 from the Chapel of Low Country Cremation Services and Burial with funeral services to follow at 11:00am with the Reverends Bryan Anderson and Jimmy Bargeron officiating. Interment will follow in Glennville City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Michael Lynn, Sonny Odum, Jordan Strickland, Jeffery Boyles, Mark McDaniel, and Scott Lynn.
