Robin Cason Yendell

Robin Cason Yendell, age 61, passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Evans Memorial Hospital in Claxton.  The lifelong resident of Tattnall County was born on September 21, 1963, to Robbie Lee and Laura Leola Thomas Cason.

Robin is remembered as a compassionate soul whose career was dedicated to helping others. Her commitment to service shone brightly through her roles with the Department of Family and Children's Services, in various doctor's offices, and during her time working in hospice care. Through these avenues, she touched countless lives, offering support and kindness to those in need.

Beyond her professional contributions, Robin had a deep love for animals. Whether it was caring for the neighborhood squirrels or rescuing cats and dogs, her heart always extended to the creatures around her. This passion reflected her gentle spirit and the generosity she displayed throughout her life.

Robin was a member of the Glennville First United Pentecostal Church and is preceded in death by her father; her husband, Doug Yendell and her sister, Laura Reddish. She is survived by her sons and daughters in law, Joshua and Stephanie Curry and Caleb and Mary Ellen Curry all of Pennsylvania; her mother, Leola Cason of Reidsville; her sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Timmy Barnard of Reidsville; her grandchildren, Wyatt, Perpetua, John, and James Curry; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Monday, February 24, 2025, beginning at 6:00pm at the funeral home.  Funeral services will be conducted 10:00am on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, from the Chapel of Low Country Cremation and Burial with Bishop James Holland officiating.
