Sam L. Driggers, age 58 of Glennville passed away
Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at his residence. He was a
native of Fort Bragg, North Carolina, moving to the
Glennville area in 1968. He was a US Army veteran
and was retired from the construction industry. In
his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and was
a member of Pigot Branch Missionary Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Simuel J. and Martha Jean Driggers.
He is survived by his sons, Chris (Jennifer) Driggers and Jason Lee Driggers all of Glennville;
brother, Simuel J. Driggers, Jr. of Glennville; sister, Gaynell Driggers of Claxton; grandchildren,
Alissa, Laura, Catherine, Alake, and Caden.
Visitation will begin 5:00pm on Thursday, July 3, 2014 from the funeral home.
Funeral services will be conducted 10:00am Friday, July 4, 2014 from the chapel of Low Country Cremation Services and Burial with the Reverend Bryan Anderson officiating. Interment will follow
in the Pigot Branch Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. Military honors will be rendered by
the US. Army. Pallbearers will be Kenny Watson, Allen DeLoach, Red DeLoach, Bobby Baxter,
Mike Driggers, William Harrell.
