Sandra Windham, 72, passed away Monday, January 17, 2022, at Evans Memorial Hospital.  She was born September 22, 1949, in Glennville to James Lester and Willie Kate Davis Sapp and was reared in the Antioch Community.  She and her husband Bobby settled in Manassas in 2002 and was a member of Anderson Primitive Baptist Church of Tattnall County.  Sandra was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother that had a passion for helping others and through her work at the Georgia Baptist Children’s Home and Pineland BHDD, assisted in bettering many children’s lives along the way.  She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Darwin DeLoach, Theron DeLoach, Nell Jernigan, Gary Sapp Sr, and Neal Sapp.

Survivors include her husband, Bobby Windham of Manassas; three sons, Shane (Alexis) Eason of Claxton, Eric (Tara) Eason of Manassas, Bobby (Jennifer) Windham of Castle Rock, CO, one daughter Dara (Jerry) Geiger of Alpharetta; Seven grandchildren:  Lee and Lane Eason, Shaye Eason, Ashleigh and Matt Geiger, and Ryan and Blake Windham; three great-grandchildren: Kayde, Kentley, Kayton along with several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 20, 2022, beginning at 10:00am at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery with the graveside funeral services to follow at 11:00am.

Memorials may be given to Tattnall or Evans CARES.

Low Country Cremation and Burial is serving the Windham family.
