In Loving Memory of Sharon Conyers

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Sharon Conyers, who left us on March 07, 2025, at the age of 74. Sharon was a cherished daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to many.

Born on July 09, 1951, in Collins, GA, to the late Arnell and Unida Jackson, Sharon she is proceed in death by Willie Mae Waldens, Betty Brown, Yvonne Jackson, three brothers Arnell Jackson, Ronnie Jackson and Lonnie Jackson. Shw grew up with a resilient spirit and a deep commitment to family and community. She married her devoted husband, Howard Conyers, and together they built a loving home filled with joy, laughter, and unwavering support.

Sharon was a devoted mother to Tony Conyers, Jeron Conyers, and Jwan Dukes, and her nurturing heart extended to her grandchildren—Shakenna Conyers, DeVonta Dukes, Jeron Conyers Jr., Montair Milledge, Savieon Conyers, Kayla Polk, and Tyree Turner. She also leaves behind four grant grants, Aniyah Conyers, Semaj Copper, James Cooper, and Rashard Shuler, Brother: George Jackson (Lou’s) Sister: Beaula Jackson And a host of nieces and nephews other relatives and friends who will continue to cherish her memory and honor her legacy.

Her life was a testament to love, strength, and kindness—a beacon of light in the lives of those who knew her. Sharon’s memory will forever be etched in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Funeral services for Mrs. Sharon Lavon Conyers of Claxton will be 2:00pm Sunday, March 30, 2025, from the Chapel of Low Country Cremation and Burial in Reidsville. Burial will follow in the Wilkerson Cemetery in Collins. The family will receive friends on Saturday from the hours of 6:00pm and 8:00pm also at the funeral home.
