Shirley J. Roach, age 65 passed away Monday, February 1, 2021 at her residence after a 9 year battle with cancer. She was born in Baxley, to Virgil and Ruby Helen Miller.  She was married  on June 6, 1970 to, James "Tommy" Roach.

Preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Ruby Helen Miller, sister, Sarah Burkette and brothers, Mackilee "PeeWee" Miller and George Miller.

Survivors include husband of 50 years, James "Tommy" Roach, daughters, Helen (Tony) Barwick of Surrency and Janice Gay of Hazlehurst, brothers, Herman (Myrle) Miller of Surrency, and Elmir Miller of Hazlehurst, four grandchildren, SSGT Phillip (Leah) Barwick of Ft. Rucker, AL., Brooklyn Barwick, Leena Gay and Kattie Gay all of Baxley, great-grandchild, Oliva Gay,  Special brother in-law, Charles Roach and Special friend, Pam Taylor of Elijay.

Services will be held at a later date.

Low Country Cremation and Burial is serving the Roach family.
