Thomas C. White, age 71 passed away Thursday, April 9, 2015 at St. Joseph's Hospital. He was a native of Macon, moving to Pembroke in 1990. He was a US Air Force veteran. Thomas was a loving husband, father and grandfather who truly enjoyed being with his family. In his spare time, he loved working with computers and going fishing. He was preceded in death by his son, Thomas Clay White, Jr. and a sister, Sally Knight.

He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Merel White of Pembroke; sons, Brandon White of Pennsylvania, George Thomas of New York; daughter, Tammy D. White of Massachusetts; step-son, David (Sandy) Tarver of Claxton; brother, Mike (Jenelle) White of Texas; sister, Eva Jo (Joe) Gouchenover of Texas; 6 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives also survive.

No services will be held.
