Timothy Wayne Tye was born February 27, 1960 in Boonsville, MS to the late Gussie Lee and Fannie Mae Tye. His family later relocated to Homewood, Alabama. He also was proceeded in death by two brothers Mr.Jimmie Lee Tye and Anthony Tye.

He leaves to cherish four children; Timothy Diamond , Deron Wilson of Birmingham, Alabama, Kevin Tye, and Tamara Tye; Grandchild, Brennan Irving; Siblings, Freida Tye, Sara Austin, Larry Tye, Benny Ray Tye; Nieces, Jasmine Tye Glenn, Latonya Tye Clemmer, Bailee Glenn, and Grayson Glenn; and a very Special Friend: Mr.Terri.
