Titus E. White

Mr. Titus E. White , age 93, passed away Friday, August 16, 2013, at Savannah Specialty Nursing Home of Savannah.  The Bulloch County native had lived most of his life in Savannah.  He worked for Wagner and Son Construction Company, C.F. Tyler Construction Company, and Artley and Son Construction.  He was a member of the Carpenters Local 256 for fifty or so years.  He was superintendent for construction of the Welcome Center of Savannah, construction superintendent for The Holy Church of God 115 W. 49 ^th Street, construction superintendent for the M&M Super Market on Wilmington Island.  He was a member of the First Assembly of God where he was choir leader and the member of the Golden Gems.  He enjoyed fishing and working in his yard.  Mr. White is preceded in death by his parents, Wiseman White and Reecie Shuman White; wife, Mary Davis White; daughter, Betty Waters; siblings, Inez McCall, Mae DeLoach, Mary Quattlebaum, and Howard Fullmore.

He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Timothy E. (Tim) and Sylvia White of (Cedar Crossing) Uvalda, and Larry and Sandra White of Savannah; sisters, Angie Davis of Pooler, Dollie Ruth Horne of Grand Ridge, FL, and Naomi Page of Daisy; grandchildren, Timmy White, Kevin White, Sonya Entrekin, Ginger Douglas, Dwayne White, Randy Waters, and Tammi Waters; great grandchildren, Austin White, Trevor White, Chase Entrekin, Riley Entrekin, Brennan Douglas, Peyton Douglas, Mariah White, Jerrod White, Jamie Riexinger, Jennifer Waters, Jonathan Waters,  Logan Waters and three great great grandchildren

Visitation will begin at 10:00am Monday August 19, 2013 from the First Assembly of God, 1901 Pennsylvania Avenue, Savannah, GA with the funeral services to follow at 11:00am with the Reverends Cecil Gray and Ronnie Miles officiating.  Interment will follow in the Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Timmy White, Kevin White, Gene Douglas, Dwayne White, Jarrod White and Elmer Steedley.
