Tomas Villanueva

Tomas Villanueva Salmeron , age 41, passed away Sunday, January 10, 2016 at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Jesup.  The Mexico native had lived in Glennville for the past twenty seven years.  He was employed with Nature Choice and was a grill master that loved doing cook outs.  Tomas attended the Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.

He is survived by his wife, Virginia Galvan-Barrera of Glennville; faithful companion, Chobi; mother, Juana Salmeron of Reidsville; siblings, Lupe Villanueva of Mexico, Paulina Villanueva of Mississippi, Marcelo Villanueva and Maria Serrano both of Collins, Levis Villanueva and Joel Villanueva both of Mexico, Mariano Villanueva of Reidsville, Nataly Villanueva of California, and Jorge Torres of Reidsville, numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at the funeral home.  Funeral services will be conducted 2:00pm Wednesday, January 13, 2016 from the Chapel of Low Country Cremation Services and Burial.  Interment will follow in the Glennville Memorial Gardens.
