Tracy Colleen Cobb, age 50 passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at Pine Pointe Hospice Facility in Macon.
She is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Cobb, Stephanie Jasso and Tiffany Cobb; brothers, Timothy Sheppard and Richard Jones; sister, Carla Napier; also survived by her grandchildren and other relatives.
Services will be held at a later date.
Low Country Cremation Services and Burial is serving the Cobb family.
