Waleria (Dudeck) Cowart

Ms. Waleria Dudeck Cowart , age 89 passed away Thursday May 2, 2013 at the Glenvue Health and Rehabilitation Center in Glennville under the care of Ogeechee Area Hospice.  The Poland native had lived in Reidsville most of her life.  In her early years she was employed with Royden Wear and at the family meat market.  Mrs. Cowart loved gardening, sewing and was a member of the Reidsville United Methodist Church.   She is preceded in death by her husband, Lester Cowart, Jr.

She is survived by her children, Christine (Eric) Clark of Lyons, Suzanne (Ronnie) Daniel of Covington, Wanda (Lee) Kennedy of Savannah and Cindy (Jimmy) Bland of Glennville; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will begin at 6:00pm Saturday from the Reidsville Chapel.  Funeral services will be conducted 3:00pm Sunday May 5, 2013 from the Reidsville Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home with the Reverend Marc Foster officiating.  Interment will follow in the Reidsville City Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jim Bland, Travis Bland, Steven Clark, Cliff Kennedy, Dustin Daniel and Brad Coody.
