Obituary
Mrs. Yvonne Yeomans Rhoden, age 92 passed away Monday, November 28, 2011, at the Community Hospice House in Vidalia. The Tattnall County native had lived in Reidsville most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of the Reidsville United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the Reidsville Grand Rascalletes. Mrs. Rhoden was the matriarch of the Rhoden family who loved seeing about her family. She enjoyed entertaining and traveling. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell B. Rhoden and a son, Charles B. Rhoden.
She is survived by h
er son, Wilton R. Rhoden of Reidsville;
Grandchildren, Ramona (Norman) Ioane of Reidsville,
Tina (Chris) Edwards of Vidalia,
Tammy (Mark)
Durrence,
Russ (Dawn) Rhoden,
Wally (Tammy) Rhoden all of Reidsville;
Thirteen
great-grandchildren also survive.
Visitation and Funeral S
ervices
Visitation will begin at 6:00pm Tuesday from the Reidsville Chapel.
Funeral services will be conducted 3:00pm Wednesday, November 30, 2011 from the Reidsville United Methodist Church with the Reverend Marc Foster officiating. Interment will follow in the Reidsville City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mark Durrence, Norman Ioane, Chris Edwards, Dylan Durrence, Ryan Renfroe and Dr. Sang Oh.
